** Three good reasons to discover Jivamukti Yoga - a dynamic and ethical practice **

1 / For its physical assists: A Jivamukti yoga teacher utilizes safe touch instead of speech alone to guide you through a structured, comprehensive, and vigorous sequence based on hatha yoga. The physical adjustments given during the class aim to ensure proper alignment, deepen a posture, and release tensions and blockages safely and intelligently. Here, it's with 4 hands that we will make you explore the potential of your body!

2 / For its playlist: According to David Life, co-founder with Sharon Gannon of this method, a Jivamukti teacher must also be an excellent musical curator! Jivamukti is a yoga practiced in music which provides rhythm to both the breath and the postures. The sound vibrates and resonates in the body, and leads it through a dynamic practice linking the breath with the fluidity of the movement.

3 / For the thematic and philosophical approach: Jivamukti Yoga is not confined to the physical practice, but invites you to discover the philosophy of yoga. Each course revolves around a theme and intention explored through reading and studying the ancient texts of yoga, as well as asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation. The idea is to extend learning beyond the class, off the yoga mat, incorporating the principles of this ancient wisdom into one's daily life. This month, the theme is "With time magic arises"!
